My Why

My Mission as a Coach

My mission is to help you get radically clear, build confidence, simplify your strategy, and turn your inner calling into a sustainable, impactful business.

I don’t give you a cookie-cutter method. I walk beside you as you rediscover your strengths, your “why,” and your aligned way of leading and growing.

I bring in tools from neuroscience, positive psychology, business strategy, and mindset work. My sessions are structured, yet intuitive. Logical, yet deeply human. They are always inspiring and clarity-driven. Clients leave feeling reconnected to themselves, to their power, and to what really matters.

I coach midlife entrepreneurs and solopreneurs who feel what I once felt:

The restlessness.

The hunger for deeper meaning.

The sense that there’s something more.

The knowing that your next business must not just make money, but make a difference.

At some point in life, the question of meaning knocks on your door. And once it does, it won’t leave until you answer.

MY STORY

I was born and raised in Latvia - a land of dance and song, deep forests, and a quiet resilience. My early years were shaped by a bilingual upbringing (Latvian and Russian), a strong sense of discipline, and a family culture that valued education, hard work, and independence.

Like many who came of age in the 1990s, I learned early that success -  at least as it was defined then - meant money, achievement, and status. There was a strong social current pushing young people toward material wealth and outward accomplishments. And I followed it.

Building a Business from Scratch

By the time I was 26, I had started my own logistics business  -  a sea freight forwarding company. I was driven, focused, and ready to prove myself. I worked tirelessly, scaling that business into a thriving network with offices in Riga, Moscow, and Minsk.

It was exciting. It was successful. And it was exhausting.

For nearly 15 years, I lived in a high-pressure, round-the-clock world -  juggling time zones, navigating unpredictable crises, and carrying the weight of a fast-paced industry that demanded constant presence and problem-solving.

From the outside, I had made it. But inside, I began to feel disconnected from myself. The success I had worked so hard for was no longer fulfilling. The long hours, the constant stress, the never-ending stream of decisions -  it all began to feel like noise. The sense of meaning I once attached to my work slowly unraveled.

And then it happened. The question of purpose knocked.

When the Soul Demands More The Shift

When the Soul Demands More

I didn’t wake up one day with a perfect plan. It was more like an internal whisper that grew louder with time. I began to wonder: Is this it? Is this what I want the rest of my life to look like?

I started asking myself bigger questions: What am I truly good at? What excites me? What does “success” even mean now, in my 40s, with experience, self-awareness, and a hunger for something deeper?

I started reading again -  books on psychology, neuroscience, education, meaning. I came across the story of Jay Shetty, and it resonated deeply. Something clicked. I realized I had been running a business that no longer aligned with who I was becoming.

And so began my most important transition yet - from a “money-making” business to a purpose-driven life.

The Transformation: Education, Exploration, and New Beginnings

I went back to learning. Not to get a new degree or impress anyone - but to understand myself.

I studied Positive Psychology and discovered things I wish I’d known years earlier -  that my core strengths were grit, freedom, hope, love of learning, and the ability to inspire others. That I didn’t need to choose between structure and intuition, logic and empathy. I could integrate them. I could use them.

But knowing something and applying it are two different things. So I trained professionally as a coach. I learned the ethics, tools, and deep skills of guiding others. I understood the difference between advice and facilitation. Between telling and co-creating.

It was also a lonely road at times. I faced doubts. Friends and family didn’t always understand. “Why leave a successful business for something that pays less?” they asked. “Why start over?”

Because once you hear the call of purpose, you can’t unhear it. It’s not about leaving success behind - it’s about redefining it.

So I did something bold: I changed my environment. I moved to a new country. I started learning Spanish. I built new friendships. I began playing beach volleyball - something that gave me flow, freedom, and joy.

And then, I launched a new business - a platform for language tutors, rooted in education and growth. I was starting to live the values I had rediscovered.

What I Believe Now

I believe our 40s and 50s aren’t a decline - they are an awakening. A second chance to build a life that’s aligned, conscious, and truly ours.

I believe we are not here to repeat what worked in our 20s. We are here to create something richer - a business that feels like a natural extension of our values, vision, and unique way of seeing the world.

That’s what I did. And now, I help others do the same.

A Few People I've Helped

  • Men in real estate, banking and finance, and logistics who wanted a transition to e-commerce, sports, physical education, marketing, and gamification -  we uncovered their unique positioning and created roadmaps for their shifts.
  • Women in corporate roles who wanted to turn their passions into business ideas -  I helped them find their niche and build a business around what truly lit them up.
  • A neurodivergent entrepreneur with ADHD - we created a solid business plan for her startup, and she went on to secure funding.
  • And dozens more (teachers, coaches, psychologists, therapists, artists) who came to me at a crossroads, and left with a crystal-clear direction, renewed confidence, and a sense of purpose.

My Personal Anchors

  • Around-the-world travel (2023–2025): A dream turned reality. A reminder that we must live our dreams, not just dream them.
